HOW I ESCAPED THE LIVING HELL OF MY BACK PAIN

The first time I had real back pain I didn’t know what was happening to me. I was terrified that I’d broken something and I would end up paralyzed. I’m not ashamed to tell you that I cried.
The pain eventually stopped after three days, but it appeared again repeatedly.
I bet you know the feeling. Your back aching so badly that you just want to escape your body or never move again. Not being able to bend or jump or run because your back wouldn’t let you. Always carrying painkillers with you and always being careful not to leave them at home. And, of course, there are the times when you back pain is so bad that you wished you were paralyzed and felt nothing.
Let me tell you one thing: you are not hopeless. Your back is the one causing your problems; don’t let it break your spirit too.
There is help. I’m an example of that.
Six years after I had my bout first of back pain – I was a changed person. And not for the better.
I had literally become a hermit.
My spirit was down and I couldn’t stand to be with normal healthy people. I envied them for their freedom. I envied the fact that they were able to sit and stand for more than 30 minutes without collapsing in excruciating pain.
One day I got a call from an old classmate from college, Greg.
He was inviting me to our 10 year college reunion. I politely declined and was on the point of hanging up when Greg started to insist.
Eventually I told him about my back pain and how I just wanted to be left alone. To my annoyed surprise, he said: “That’s your only problem? Then I’m going to email you something and then I’ll see you at the party. Wear a bow tie!”.
I was skeptical and a little insulted.
When I received his email it contain a link to a video by Dr Ian Hart a sports professor along with a fitness trainer called Mr Bojan, from Serbia.
They had co-created this incredible video containing a revolutionary treatment .
The first day I woke up without any pain, I cried (again). But this time of happiness. Total relief. I felt like I had been reborn!
I went to that party. I still have the bow tie. But thankfully, I no longer have the back pain.
