Google: leaking personal data of more than 282.000 user


The technical team Cisco last weekend that Google accidentally by allowing access to data on more than 282.000 user from owners of registered domain names on its "Google Apps for Work" caused many problems for users.

And the number of users of Google Apps for service Work and the owners of domain names as more than 282.867 users were leaking several of their own personal data (names, mailing addresses, residential addresses, telephone numbers, ...) on the Internet.

And those users who subscribe to Google Apps for Work by paying an annual subscription of $ estimated during the set up of their domain names to hide information associated with them on Commons, though it has been leaking this data is posted on the WHOIS database.

The leak caused an old vulnerability disclosed by Cisco on 13 February, so that out of 305.925 registered domain through a partnership between Google and the 282.867 eNim any 94 percent of them are threatened by this gap, and although Google repaired this gap, many users have become available since the duration and thus can be used in "phishing" or "trolling".
