New YouTube mechanism allows the user to extract a particular section of a video on its website and convert it to an Animated Gif format, and can also write two comments fit under and over the image.
The new mechanism also enables the creation of Animated Gif pictures lasting approximately six seconds, and now the new property is available only at the expense of the PBS channel Idea Channel on YouTube.
