Spartan latest Microsoft surprises

Press sources spoke on the work of the American company Microsoft to develop a new browser dedicated primarily to work on new and pending operation system Windows 10, new browser will carry the codename "Spartan" but would not be a substitute for the Internet Explorer browser.
